    I bought the adobe acrobat PRO AND CANT OPEN IT.I first had a subscription and liked the product so I bought it. Ever since then I have noe been able to use it. All i get are read me files. I was told to uninstall so I di I reinstalled as I was told. Didn

      I am so frustrated. I had a subscription that I canceled the same day that I decided to purchase it . I used it as a subcriotion for awhile and loved it so I bought it outright to use and it has never worked since. The series of problems I have had are alms too numerous to mention . here is one, I kept getting "renew your subscription" even after I trashed it as I was told to do. All jam getting now are a bunch of "read me "files when I try to open the icon form the download on my MAC. i really need help and I am out of ideas.
