Unable To Load Metafile For Flash 17.0.0.134

Trying to install the latest update 17.0.0.134.  On Win 8.1.1 64 Bit.  Keeps stopping at 33%, then tells me it can't load metafile.  So now I have no FLASH on my Firefox, because I used the FLASH Uninstaller before updating.
