Adobe sent a link to download the version 2 upgrade which I
appear to have done successfully. However, when registering my
product and entering my serial number (the very one that
transformed my trial to a "full version" I got the following error
"The serial number you entered is for a software version that
is not accepted by our registration database. This error typically
occurs because the product is not a current version, and Adobe no
longer provides technical support for your product. You can find
technical information about unsupported products in the User to
User forums. To confirm that your product is still supported,
review the list of supported products. If you are unable to
register a product that is on this list, contact Customer Service
so we can research your issue. "
After 20 minutes waiting on the phone for Customer Service, I
gave up. Any suggestions?
