    Hey my serial number didnt work



      I´m using premiere Elements 12 on windows 8. I bought the CD one year ago and install them. All perfekt but after i set back my Laptop to new and i want to install it, the number didnt work.... I have the bundle with Photoshop elements 12 and the serial number there works perfekt.

      I install both softwears only 3 times befor....


      Sorry im german and my english isnt very good.. pleas excuse me ^^

          You are only allowed TWO activations, so you need to contact Adobe

            Premiere Elements 12 on Window 8 64 bit.


            Have all your installs been on the same laptop? And, are you getting messages about the purchased serial number being on too many

            of your computers? Are you getting any error message at all when you have problems with the install? Are you doing the install with the antivirus

            and firewall(s) disabled?


            Please excuse the question, but I do not want to take anything for granted....have you double checked to assure that you are using the

            Premiere Elements serial number for the Premiere Elements install and not the Photoshop Elements serial number? Each should have its own serial number.


            If there is any problems with the installation disc, you can download and install another set of installation files and try to insert your purchased serial number in them during installation.



            You can also go to the Adobe web site (http://www.adobe.com), sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, and then navigate to My Products to confirm your serial number.


            Please review and consider and then we can decide what next.
