Did you register them? Are they older products - often older products are not listed. What do you need as far as seeing them there? Do you need to download?
I've had Photoshop and Illustrator since version 5.0 (and earlier 3.0). Upgraded since then. Purchased GoLive 6.0 and then upgraded to CS3 Web Premium (Goes as far back as old Mac Si and G3). Now I purchased CS5 Web Premium as I have a new computer (old Mac Mini bit the dust) and need to totally reformat and re-install software on my main iMac. Wanted to know how many and what Macs my CS3 was activated on over the years. (In the past some installs were done over the phone). I know I had registered the software in the past, but too much time has passed between juggling all kinds of software and computers.
All that said, I want to install the CS5 on the new computer and also my main computer when I get it reformatted.
Probably your best bet will be to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations since you will want both available anyways.
For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

You can download thru the link below if needed...
You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
CS5 might be the only product you might find listed under your account, if any. Last year my CS3 was still appearing but it no longer does when I check my account. My CS6 does though. In case you are missing finding them, there are Plans and there are Products listed under your account... you'll want to follow the Products branch for any licensed stuff you have.
