There is something happening at that particular frame, then. V-e-r-y carefully, open everything you have in your project and examine that frame's content and effects settings, one layer and one effect at a time. You may be forced to turn off half the layers, half the layers, half of the half of the layers, in a binary search for the problem. But it's going to be something very simple an easily fixed, you just muster the patience to find it.
Now that is very interesting. I went to the frame that had the issue and it crashed After Effects. I tried it several times, all resulting in a crash.
It was basically the final frame in one of the layers. So I trimmed it back one frame and extended the next layer by 1 frame to make up the difference.
It is now exporting normally.
I wonder what went wrong with that single frame...
