I would like to cancel my creative cloud subscription. The instructions here do not work https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html In my account it says I only have a free subscription so I have nothing to cancel. But I am actually getting charged every month. This is extremely frustrating! I want to talk to a human at Adobe to get this sorted but there seems to be no way to make phone calls anymore. -Sarah

2. Type of Card: Visa/Master Card/ Amex
3. Date of Charge
4 Amount charged
