We are unable to re-accept VIP invitation from our resseller for a standard "free" Adobe account.
It seems that the user missed something and has created a standard Adobe ID with his e-mail the first time he connected.
The resseller sent us an new invitation, but the system says "An Adobe ID with this email adress already exists."
The solution could be to delete this Adobe ID (which as no application assiociated or started because we can't assign licences to users of the team we would like to have !)
Only Adobe could do this, I presume ?
Any similar experience or solution welcome ;-)
