I am having the same issue. I have tried nearly everything I read on the forum concerning this issue, with the exception of uninstalling CS6 Master Collection and trying again. I am afraid to remove CS6 because I use it for school projects and, at this point, I am very doubtful I would be able to reinstall CS6 back on my MacBook. I was pretty excited to be able to use Creative Cloud, but at this point I'm starting to have my doubts. This experience of trying to install and use these products has been a complete nightmare. Best of luck on finding a solution. After two chat sessions with support, I am still suck in a rut.

Problem has been solved. Yosemite is not concerned, it was the proxy definitions in Safari and Firefox which hampered in my case CC install. By the way, the solving is the sucess of my local Adobe online support, not mine...
