Hi,

This usually indicates that your version of Flash Player is older and Apple is blocking it.  Please go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to install the latest version.

You have multiple threads on this same issue. Please don't.  This results in us responding to you in multiple threads, unnecessarily.  I deleted one thread (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1756886) and locked https://forums.adobe.com/message/7325389‌.

To obtain the OS version, please do the following:

  • Open Finder
  • On the Finder toolbar at the top of the screen, right-click the apple icon and select 'Get Info'  this will display the OS X version

@DottieDear and @richarda30029798

Since the browser is blocking the plugin, please do the following to verify the version of Flash Player installed:

  1. Open Finder
  2. Navigate to the /Library/Internet Plug-ins directory look for 'Flash Player.plugin'
  3. right-click on 'Flash Player.plugin' and select 'Show Package Contents'
  4. In the new window that displays, expand the Contents directory
  5. Open the Info.plist file (you can view this using the TextEdit app located in the /Applications directory)
    • This is an XML file and will have a bunch of <key> and <string> pairs.
  6. Look for the 'CFBundleShortVersionString and CFBundleVersion keys.  The corresponding string value for both should be 17.0.0.134.
    • If you open the file using TextEdit, it will look like this:
      Untitled.png
  7. Please confirm what the string value for both of these keys is for Flash Player installed on your system.

Thank you.
