My subscription to CC have been interrupted without reason. Adobe send me an email because there was problem in complete the payment (I don't know why because the prepaid that I am using have sufficient cash).
Now I want to renew the subscription but I need of a serial (asked in this page https://creative.adobe.com/join/team_offer. If I put in the form the number that I find in my profile page, it did not work....
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers
