Hi, after paying my monthly subscription of my Adobe Illustrator, I can not open my Illustrator. When I open my Creative Cloud, it shows that my Illustrator app is not available and I should try 30day trial. Why is this happening almost every month? Why do you charge me and then right after you disable my account. This happens many times now and I can not even get a response. You don't even allow us to email you directly and keep on hiding your customer service emails. This Creative Cloud service really SUCKS!! Please improve it and respond to my requests.
This has nothing to do with Adobe forcibly deactivating anything. Somehow your activation check seems to keep failing. Since you have not provided any system info we can't tell you anything specific, but start by reading here:
