How do I install an earlier version?

I loaded the newest version of Adobe Flash Player on my machine today - version 17.0.0.134.  EVERYTHING BROKE.  I now can no longer play videos or do anything on web pages in Safari that requires Flash Player.

I want to delete this version and return to the previous one.  How do I do that?
