This is created in true 3D, not just with standard After Effects tools. It's not just an out-of-the-box one click effect.
There are hundreds of logo tutorials online that produce similar kinds of effects. There were even a few in the YouTube sidebar when I watched your example video.
I have watched 100s of videos and cannot find how this jumbily text effect is made. I know its not a one click effect. Everywhere I search or ask, no one knows.
Cinema 4D perhaps?
Personally, I'd recreate this with a combination of Cinema 4D and After Effects. Some of the upper, flat text layers could be generated in AE, while the text with Z depth would be built in C4D.
