Applications missing from Creative Cloud Desktop application

Ive been on the phone for 2 hours wanting to speak with someone. Ive paid for Adobe Creative Cloud and still money comes out yet my apps that I downloaded have disappeared and its telling me I have none ? yet on the home tab it clearly says when I downloaded ? Please help all my photos in Light room now say they cannot find the files 😞

Vanessac1111111111 I am sorry you are unable to reinstall the Adobe Creative applications.  Have you completed the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed to attempt to reinstall the available applications?  If so then what specific error are you receiving?

hi Jeff, I don't know what to do ? do i try to re install ? if i do this will i loose my existing photos that i have in LR  ?

No Vanessac1111111111 your photos in Photoshop Lightroom are not affected by Lightroom being installed.
