I just updated my Flash Player and it gave me an UNWANTED iTUNES UPDATE ~ WTF?!! iTUNES is now crashing whenever I use it. HOW CAN I UNDO THIS?

AND WHY DID ADOBE DOWNLOAD NEW SOFTWARE THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO OR WANT?!!!

We don't bundle iTunes.  It may have came in over the standard MacOS update system, or you may have been tricked into installing fake software.  It's important to always download software directly from the vendor.

In the case of Flash Player, you can always get it at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
