For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.
Help -> Erase authorization.
ADE will be deauhorized.
Now again AUTHORIZE ADE
Help-> authorize computer.

The book I am trying to download is called ICC Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees. Error message I receive is below.

looks like there is some problem during download process of the book.
I will suggest to restart your machine and try to download the book again !!

Hmmm. Tried that. Still not working. It may be an issue from the supplier end.
Still having problems downloading book. Apparently not a supplier problem. The same network error is coming up.
