editing full motion video

I would like to edit full motion video, in other words, add text captions, audio, bubbles etc anywhere throughout the video.

Can it be done?

While you cannot actually edit a Full-Motion Video (FMV) clip, you are certainly able to insert Text Caption bubbles and audio on the slide where the FMV appears. These simply appear as additional objects on the timeline.
