At Sign In, in what you are doing now, is the Adobe ID and password coupled with the serial number creating problems?
At the present time on how many computers is the same purchased activated serial number?

This is not Adobe. Rather user to user. So, contact on this matter should be made with Adobe Customer Service.

At the bottom of the PDF transfer document is the information for sending the PDF to Adobe. You can upload it or fax it.
Do you have access to a fax machine?
Are you saying that you had a case number for this but it expired? If that is the situation, then that probably means that you will need to contact Adobe again to get a new case number and then fill out the PDF form and then use the sending information at the bottom of the PDF form.
Do you still have the contact information that you need to contact Adobe to continue this matter?
We are not Adobe here. This is a user to user forum. And this matter needs to be taken care of by Adobe. We can give you suggestions, but, in this type of situation, Adobe is in control.

I do not have the ability to send a fax internationally and so I'm trying to open a support request to Adobe as my old tichiesta has expired.

This is what I think you need to do to get a new case number for your Adobe License Transfer.
1. Click on the following link, and then the Chat Panel (just below where it says Recommended) and follow the instructions that you see once you click on Chat Panel

If you are having a problem with the Chat Panel, then try to make contact with Adobe using the fax
number for the PDF form. But, it would probably be less complicated if you follow the details in the Adobe
document on license transfer, that is, getting a case number from Adobe using the Adobe Chat pointed to.
However long it takes to do that should be quicker in trying to do otherwise and getting caught in delays.
