I have a report. At the top of each page, there are a series of links that link to other pages in the report. There are several sections to the report, and the top links vary for each section. Sometimes these sections are short... and sometimes I have to add on pages. When I add pages, I want to just copy and paste the links from existing pages in that section. But when I do that, the links default back to blue and underlined. I don't want them blue and underlined. I want them gray! How can I paste them so that the links still work, but they stay gray and NOT underlined? See pictures below to better understand what I'm asking. Thanks so much!
Select the text in both cases, and look at the Character Style applied. My guess is that the grey text has the Hyperlink Character style, and it has been manually overridden to get to grey and not underlined. When the text is copied and pasted, the Style is re-asserting itself. Remove the Style from the grey text (or use Redefine Style to change it to match your formatting preferences).
Thanks so much! I will check that. It sounds right.
That was it! Thank you so much!
