    Download Manager won't work for me

      I'm using Mac OS X 10.7.3 and our IT dept. doesn't want me to allow any automatic updates to it.

      A message popped up on my screen saying that my Adobe apps have 21 updates waiting.

      So I go to my Applications folder and double click Adobe Creative Cloud and nothing much happens.

      Then I go and double click the download assistant which tells me it has an update, showing the following message:

      But whenever I try to allow the update I always get the following error message:

      So, then I try to just log in to my account through the Download Assistant, but I always get this error message:

      So I try clicking the "Trouble signing in?" link which only takes me to my Creative Cloud dashboard. I can sign in to my account with no problem using browsers, but I can't do it through the Download Manager.


      Does anyone know how to fix any of this? Or at least know what it all means?
