Bonjour;

merci

Menue fretin did you utilize the uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder prior to running the CC Cleaner Tool?  If so then I would recommended utilizing the steps listed in Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You are welcome to update this discussion if you have any questions regarding the steps listed in the document.

Creative Cloud desktop Application may not work on MAC OS 10.6.8, it seems like it require

  • Mac OS X v10.7, v10.8, v10.9 or v10.10

Refer System requirements | Creative Cloud

You may  need to use Adobe Application Manager Instead

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You

Menue fretin were you able to locate and remove the OOBE folder successfully?

Sam.am is correct that you will not be presented with the Creative Cloud Desktop application interface but instead you will be running the Adobe Application Manager instead.  I would strongly recommend upgrading to Mac OS 10.7 or later to fully utilize the benefits of your membership.
