Yes but it doesn't help beacause i don't have the e-mail and i don't have the card or the packaging because i bought it on adobe website

So, if I understand you, you signed into your adobe.com account as described in that link, went to the My Products section of your My Adobe page, and did not see your registered products with serial numbers.

Is that correct?
