problem serial master edition cs6

Hi,

i tried to install creative master suite cs6 but i have a problem with the serial.

I type in my serial number -> serial is ok but i need a verification -> put in my serial number master suite cs5.5 -> can't get to the next step.

In the past i had the same problem. I called the support number, they told me that i have to hold shift + strg and double click the setup window. After that i should call the support. Everything works fine and support person solved the problem.

This time I can't contact the support hotline because there is so number. Even my email at info@adobe.com came back -> Your message couldn't be delivered to the group because you don't have permissions to send to it.

What can I do? The software is very expensive and support is so bad - can't understand.
