I am trying to download elements 13 and am getting the following message. "The file archive of Adobe Photoshop is missing." What do I need to do?

Make sure to download everything and make sure to put it into a proper folder, not loosely dump it on your desktop or other system-specific directories that may have limitations or special security settings.

download file 1 of 2 (the 7z archive) and file 2 of 2 (the exe extractor)

put both in the same directory

double click the exe.
