Can't install flash player 17 on Mac OS 10.10.2, Safari version 8.0.4, currently have flash player 16.0.0 installed.

After downloading flash 17 install and double clicking "Install Adobe Flash Player".  I get the agree to terms of license agreement window - below it is a Quit or Install

option with the Install option grayed out and unclickable.
