Can I upload in RH via SSH?

Can I publish in RH ver x5 via SSH? I see four options (FTP, HTTP, Frontpage and File System), but no option for SSH. Does this mean I have to manually upload my files using a SSH client? Thanks for any help.

Indeed you will likely have to use the SSH client to manually do this. What you see is what you get.
