why won't creative cloud setup install?

every time i try to install it, the board loads up a 10th of a way and then fades away.

what is the issue?

i cannot find anything that correlates with my exact problem.

when i try to install it, at the "initializing installer" phase it just closes down.

i do not receive an error message, everything just stops and goes away.
