I need to install CS4 on my iMac, but I have lost the serial number for CS3 (the Mac crashed and I lost everything, and can't find the original CS3 discs.)

Check your Adobe account online.,  You might find the S/N there if your registered the software.  If you can't find it there you can see if the folks in chat are willing to help (they sometimes deny help for older products).

you only need the cs4 serial number (unless it's an upgrade from cs3).  in that case, you need the cs3 and cs4 serial number.

if you purchased from adobe or registered with adobe, check your adobe account, Adobe ID
