How Do I run the file i downloaded for adobe premiere elements 11 on the other downloads page.

I have finished downloading it took 2 hours cause i have 64 bit. cpu. windows. now What Do i do . extract all the files? its not showing that i installed anything. please help i thought I would be finished after i extract everything ???
