          Hi Orest,
Why are the casts so big? My suggestion would be to get them down in size.

          How
          - delete unused cast members.
Edit > Find > Cast Member then select 'Usage' will find cast members not
refernced in teh Score. You can select all tehse and delete them. Be careful to
deselct any cast members that are being used but are frenced through
scripts/behaviors which will not be deected in this process.
          - Choose 'Save and Compact'. This saves the file, empties the trash, and
compacts the file to make it more efficient.

          - Optimise your content
What type of content do you have in your cast?
I'm guessing lots of images? Can you reduce the colour depth, size?
Do you have lots of audio? What format?

Give more information on what makes the 200MB of file and I'm sure I could find
a way to get it down to less than 50MB

          regards

            Applied CD Level 1
A while back I was using the stock accessability behaviors and found they caused a crash on exit in the projector but not the authoring environment. More recently I found a set of custom behaviors that resulted in the same thing not just on exit but also on go movie. The author of those behaviors thought it might have something to do with not clearing the actor list properly. I've also found you can cause a crash on exit if you use a MIAW to force the main stage to quit (it's much safer to send a message to the stage and have the stage close the MIAW, then shut itself down). If exit is your only problem a simple solution is to use an on closeRequest handler to move the playback head to a "quiet" frame, with only a handful of sprites, no active behaviors, and exit from there.

As part of the troubleshooting process, you might set the trace* and
traceLogFile properties to see if there's anything in your code causing it.

*Not related to ECMA trace, but a Lingo method.
