Sure, don't call the ScreenToFile function until a frame
cylce is allowed to
happen. You can also use updateStage but I don't like to use

on exitFrame me
case pMode of
pMode = 1
pMode = 2
You dont' really need the nothing, I was just showing that
you can do
something else when the mode = 2. You can also add other
frame cycles if
one is not enough by moving the SceenToFile function to case
4 or 5 and
adding pMode = 2 and pMode = 3, etc to each previous
I don't know these functions so I'm assuming they're from an
xtra or maybe
new in MX 2004 which I don't use because it takes twice as
long to open.
