Here is a guide to get started with your CC apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/learn/start.html
I repeat, my subscription does not include photoshop, premiere, after effects, ... Attached is a screenshot of my catalog online WHEN SIGNED IN, displaying these apps available for purchase only. So something must be wrongly set-up somewhere, either on Adobe's or my end. Please help.
I have checked your account and I could see the order was completed and has been provisioned correctly.
Could you confirm if you are using your Gmail account to sign in to www.adobe.com
Please try and follow the steps mentioned here Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps and let me know how it goes.
Yes, I am using this gmail account.
But as you can see in this screenshot, most of the apps that are "available" in my CC are only one month trials. And my Photoshop and Lightroom etc. Trials would be over.
Please help me out. I haven't been able to enjoy my CC for many months now and feel frustrated to keep paying.
Please download creative cloud desktop app from here Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial and sign in with your Adobe ID while installing.
All the apps which you have purchased can be downloaded from CC desktop app.
I uninstalled and reinstalled every Adobe program on my computer. No bother. Still get a mixture of Buy, Install and Start Trial in the CC desktop app.
So again, please. Look into my account and fix it. I don't want one month trials. I don't want to buy individual pieces of software (since I assumed I already paid for them). Or give me a refund. This is getting way too tiring. Thanks.
