FTP server - Can´t access my account

HI!

I bought the web-hosting with BC and my domain with go daddy. When I wrote my domain (www.seassmokeproduction) on the browser they redirect me to the website but the domain change to http://seasmoketest.businesscatalyst.com/index.html , also I'm trying to connect to my Catalyst account but and error appears. I don't know if the solution is related to the FTP server, but also I don't have the port number. Catalyst has only sent me the invoice.

Hi Michelle,

You will need to update the A-record for the www and non-www domain of seasmokeproductions.com to point to 54.246.209.93. Once you have done this, your domain will then successfully resolve to your Business Catalyst site.
