Since installing an upgrade for inDesign my files all hang and I can't quit or cancel. I can only force quit but they launch again when I try to relaunch. I'm a newspaper -- I need help quickly because I now have three docs in the queue which are all hanging. I've sent "reports" but have received no help so far.

Have you tried resetting InDesign preferences or simply running Disk Utility on your machine? What have you tried so far?
