Hi folks,

A few questions...

1/ I'm building the CRM DB and wondering how it is setup so that the Customer can view his/her details and change them.

2/ I have created a from for a project with information of date , time, purpose, and a few other fields - is it possible that the customer registers first then logs in  enters the details submits and the details are captured in the CRM?

Thanks

Gary

Hi Gary,

This is entirely possible. Firstly you will need to create a Secure Zone that your customer can log into. Once you have done this, insert the 'Update Customer Details' form on a page. This allows the customer to log into the secure zone and update their own information. Further details on this can be found here: http://docs.businesscatalyst.com/user-manual#!/CRM/Customers/advanced-contact-options!edit_details

Your second question is also possible. You can achieve this by simply creating a standard web form that you place behind a secure zone.

Cheers.
