I have purchased Acrobat Standard subscription (one-year) AD014574006
When I go to open a Adobe document, this comes up:
Acrobat XI Standard Trial. I get the "Your trial has expired" message.

OK I guess that is separate to Creative Cloud?
You haven't downloaded from the apps tab in CC desktop?
So you probably;y need to wait for a serial number.
I'm a click and go person when it comes to this stuff. I just re-downloaded the program from My Adobe and it appears to work.
p.s. Adobe, it is very confusing when you follow the instructions to find a serial number and then get to where the serial number should be and then the screen says "you have no registered products"
