Choice of bitrate when deinterlacing 1080i50 to 1080p25?

I (mainly) use a Canon Legria HF R16 for my footage, and my clips (original) have the following characteristics:

      1 video stream: AVC

      1 audio stream: AC-3

      Maximum bitrate: 18Mbps

      Video:

      15Mbps

      1920 * 1080 (16:9), 25fps (interlaced, 50fields/second)

      AVC (High@L4.0)

      CABAC / 2 ref. frames

      Audio:

      256Kbps

      48KHz

      16bits

      2 channels

      AC-3

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 9 with my Mac mini (OS X 10.10.2) for editing my movies. I currently use for export the "H.264 1920x1080i 25" preset with custom bitrate (the same with the original footage). After that, I use a seperate program to deinterlace from 1080i 50fields/second to 1080p 25frames/second. Should I use the same bitrate of that of 1080i50 to 1080p25? (Please note that the frame rate is the same!)
