What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running?

1. Is this "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before" issue?
2. What are the properties of this video that you are importing into the Premiere Elements project?
If you are not sure, something we can figure out that information from the brand/model/settings for the camera
that recorded the video. What else is on the Timeline when the project freezes?
3. Are all your problems in the editing part? Do you ever get to the export of the Timeline content? If so, what type
of export (file saved to computer hard drive or a burn to disc end product)? What export errors?
4. What do your computer resources look like - installed RAM, free hard drive space, processor and clock speed?
Is you video card/graphics card driver version up to date according to the manufacturer of the card? Do you have
the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer? Are you running the programs as administrator?
