I bought the 64 bit Premiere Elements 13 from the official Adobe site yesterday but on installation an error message came up saying 'adobe genuine software verification failure...appears to be counterfeit' Unlike similar issues on other parts of these forums this error message does not contain any link to help fix the issue, it just says exactly that. The system = Windows 8, 64 bit. Any solutions gratefully received.
Are you saying that you downloaded the software from the Adobe.com site and that you got the serial number from Adobe and you're still getting a counterfeit indicator?
I'd definitely call Adobe customer service asap!
