The programs that you mention are all standalone products.
In the case of Premiere Elements, you should be able to have both installed and activated on the same computer. Use one at a time.
You do not have to uninstall one to use the other.
As for the other programs, I have Photoshop Elements 13 and Photoshop CS 5.1 on the same computer with several versions of
Premiere Elements. All is well - no conflicts found to date.
As long as your computer resources hold out and barring any unexpected conflicts in features, think standalone products.
Thank you for the reply and just one other question: DO they both work with YOSEMITE? before I go ahead with install? My CS5 ext and premier seem to work OK with Yosemite (so far!)

It is my understanding the Premiere Elements 13 does work on Yosemite, but I do not know that first hand. I am strictly an Elements
Windows user. I also believe that the Photoshop Elements Yosemite problems were in 11 and 12, but ot 13. But that need confirmation
