I don't know how to contact adobe utilizing the chat because it will not work. At some point I got the creative cloud free membership but I realized I've been getting charged over $30 for it (which took my bank account by surprise). I'm a college student and money is tight so I was upset to see that my account was affected by a supposedly free membership that I can't cancel for some reason. There is no contact information or phone number that I can find anywhere and I need to end this subscription now because I most certainly do not have the funds to pay for school, let alone a program I haven't used in months.
