Dear abode community,
Last evening I decided to buy adobe photoshop after my 30 days of free use.
The only problem is that after I entered all the information, my laptop, windows, didn't want to install the full version.
I expected I would get a mail with Information to proceed the purchase, but it didn't.
I would like it if you would help me out.

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
