Have you gone to My Products at the Adobe web site to confirm the registered product and serial number for that product?
Adobe allows the activated purchased serial number on no more than 2 of your computers. Even then you use one at a time. Under the circumstances described, please contact Adobe Chat

You need to go to the place of purchase and confirm the integrity of your purchase, including whether or not you got involved in a purchase of a used or new program. Depending on the situation, the seller may still have that serial number activated on the seller's computer.

I have been on the Adobe Chat. My serial number is already in use and attached to another account.
The guy at Adobe Chat recommended that I wrote to the place of purchase, and then I maybe could get a new key from there.
I have already sent an email and I'm now awaiting an answer, but I think i will get an answer from them on tuesday.
