I don't believe Adobe Captivate can do that for you. At least, not all by itself. You would have to first perhaps export an XML document, have that document localized, then import the modified document back into Captivate.

Or you could also do it by Exporting Captions, localizing them then Importing the modified Word document back into Captivate.
