You can animate an entire text layer by keyframing its position.
You can animate all or parts of a text layer using Animation Presets. There are many text presets in Effects & Presets/Animation Presets/Text. You can find one close to what you require, then adjust it to preference.
There are lots of ways to animate a blinking cursor with a text layer.

Do you know how to make that come from the right?
Reverse the Start/End values and Offset of the underlying text animators
Looks like just moving the Animator X Position to off right of screen is enough.
