Can't uninstall Shockwave Flash 16.0.0.235

Hello. I can't uninstall Flash 16.0.0.235 no matter what I do. I've downloaded and ran multiple different versions of the uninstaller, I've gone into C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
%appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player and deleted everything there and restarted my PC and when I reopen FireFox it's still there listed as being unsafe in the Add-ons list. Anyone have advice how to get rid of this version?

→ C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash also needs to be cleaned.

Still did not work after deleting C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash and verifying not having “FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl”, "FlashPlayerApp.exe", and "FlashPlayerInstaller.exe" on my computer.

Found reason why. Had ARC installed and was not letting me get rid of old Flash. Uninstalled and old Flash is gone.
