I would like to buy Creative Cloud but it keeps telling me that it's not available in my country (Namibia).
Problem is I haven't lived in Namibia for at least two years and I have never registered CC in Namibia, so I have no idea why it would even pop up.
Originally I bought the Student licence in South Africa when I was studying there but I moved to Dubai now, I have changed all my addresses
and would really like to upgrade to the full individual licence since my income kind of depends on it. Can anybody help me with this?

Somehow your current AdobeID is associated with Namibia.
According to this page you cannot change your country of an AdobeID due to tax issues, but you can create a new AdobeID and purchase the new cloud subscription using that new ID.
