    Illustrator order

      My Illustrator order is not showing in my Creative Cloud Account. It's not in the products list not even in the orders history. I have received a confirmation e-mail 30 minuts ago with the order ID but I just can't start Illustrator. It keeps asking for the serial number (I have no serial number)....... Adobe Support is not working, the phone number gives a messagem to go to the web site and the on line support is offline (but now it's still in their working hours).....

       

      What can I do?
