    PanosGR Level 1

      HI @ all

      a little help here

I have a video from a Sony hd cam --> Avchd  1920x1080 25 fps about 2gb. This video it's created for a website but it's too big (size). I want to save it making a downsize and without loosing too much quality, witch is the best format to save it after editing in PrE??!

The video will be edited in PE 12

      PC: Windows 7 - 8gb ram.

          What are the website's recommendations?

Actually there is no specific website yet. I'm just preparing the video content and I wanted to know what is the best format to save it. Is there any suggestion before i begin the downsize of that big video?

I would target the H.264.mp4 and, maybe for special file size consideration, if any, Windows Media Video 9.wmv files and the resolution consistent with upload and download times and for the look in the web site player.

For Premiere Elements 12/12.1 on Windows 7 (assumed 64 bit), please refer to

Publish+Share/Computer/AVCHD with the appropriate MP4 preset.

              for AVCHD.mp4 file type

              or

Publish+Share/Mobile Phones and Players/Apple iPod, iPad, iPhone and the appropriate

              MP4 preset.

              for H.264.mp4 file type

              or

              Publish_Share/Computer/Windows Media

with appropriate preset for Windows Media Video 9.wmv

              Please review and consider.

              Thanks.
